Phil Goetzmann is a local new home builder in Colorado Springs with over 35 years of experience. His passion for home building began at age 15, when he spent summers working as an apprentice for a local builder. By the age of 21, he was a licensed contractor, and built his first home, from the ground up, at the age of 22 in Black Forest.

Sharing life with his wife, Karen, and four kids, Phil understands the importance of family values and enjoys time spent with loved ones playing in the magnificent mountains of Colorado, snowmobiling, skiing, and golfing. As an outdoors enthusiast, Phil recognizes how important it is to reconnect after a day of work or play, in a home that is filled with memories, is comfortable, safe, and echoes with laughter and joy.
