The design center is where you will meet with our interior decorator.  Personalizing your home with carpet selections from Shaw, Aladdin, Philadelphia, and tiles from Interceramic,  Santa Fe and American Olean is just the beginning.  Goetzmann Homes offers a wide range of high quality products as standards.  Of course, upgrades and customizing options are readily available.

If you want fewer choices and less attention to detail you can get it.  Just not from us!!!

You may also meet with any of our specialized craftsmen  to discuss any special requirements you may have, such as lighting, kitchen cabinet layout, closet layouts, 
etc.
