Plus Designs have been supplying kitchen cabinetry to Goetzmann Custom Homes since 2002 and is proud to be their business partner. Sam Holt, owner of Plush Designs said the successful partnership stems from good communication, his company’s ability to stay on schedule, and the wide variety of cabinetry to choose from. Offering eight different cabinet companies, Holt said they are able to offer some of the best quality at the best prices. “With our range of cabinetry we can meet anyone’s needs, and in the end, they will be very pleased with the outcome,” Sam said. He added that they don’t just sell cabinets; they sell designs that work for each individual. “Over and over I hear our customers say long after the work is finished, ‘I just love my kitchen’,” Sam said. Chuck Runge, Architectural Firm

Runge Architecture is a licensed architectural firm that approaches the design of a house from the inside out - "Form follows Function".  To Chuck Runge, owner of Runge Architecture, “A house is more than a floor plan and a front elevation.” 

Runge and his team have been designing Goetzmann Custom Homes since 1998.   Runge Architecture believes in the "team" approach to design.  A typical design meeting will have members of the marketing team and building team as well as the architect.  The marketing team has its pulse on the heartbeat of the homebuyer and is able to give input from a very large spectrum.  The building team's input is valuable in facilitating a final product that makes economical as well as construction sense.  The architect insures that all of the input and functional criteria are fused together in a design that fosters an environment for quality living with a superior design aesthetic.

Runge said that every project is approached with the intent of having quality sustainable design without sacrificing the common sense integration of structure and building systems.
